We do magazines for associations and I need to be able to give our clients the flash mini file to put on their website and have the file link to a page on our website (not the mygazine site).

currently, our mini flipbook is not designed to work this way. It is hard-coded to launch the Mygazines.com url. We will consider this suggestion.
