When logged into your master account, click on the Usage Report button in the master horizontal menu bar to access activity for ALL sub-accounts under your master.

You'll come to the Master Usage Account screen where you will see your Master Account's license pack subscription per month and a Usage Report area below.

Master Account - ePub License usage for ALL sub-accounts

First you will see the ePub License (PDF upload licenses) usage report for ALL sub-accounts under your master in the given reporting period. 

The report will list columns indicating Issue ID, Issue Name, Status, Date issue created, Date Issue updated and you can adjust the reporting period in the bottom right.

The statuses can be:

• Active: Issue is available on the system and live for the public to view
• Disabled:  Issue is available on the system but neither public NOR account manager can view the issue. 
• Future Pub: Issue is available on the system and set to go live for public view at a future date.  Only logged in account managers will be able to view the publication
• Deleted: Issue was uploaded previously but deleted AFTER the 12 hour grace period.  The epub upload license was not recouped back to the account for another use in this case

You can see the total chargeable licenses used in the given reporting period in the bottom left of the report AND you can export the report to a CSV file for further analysis.

Master Account - Email Campaign Usage Report for ALL sub-accounts

Click on the Email Campaign tab in the usage report area to access email campaigns sent out for ALL sub-accounts and their titles in the given reporting period.

The report will list columns indicating Campaign ID, Campaign Name, Title , Date campaign was sent, emails queued and sent, and you can adjust the reporting period in the bottom right.

See the total number of chargeable emails sent in the reporting period in the bottom left of the report
