You can add your issue to mstand.com a 3rd party online newsstand, while in your titles/issues view, by accessing the newsstand settings in the dropdown menu to the right of your mini-thumbnail covers. 

When the popup menu appears you can select:

1. Main Category and Sub-Category (if you choose a category, you also must choose a sub-category)
2. Second Category and Sub-Category (if you choose a category, you also must choose a sub-category)
3. Adult Filter Checkbox
4. Publishing country (you can select up to 3)
5. Publish on the Newsstand option - select the checkbox if you want to include the issue on the Mstand.com digital newsstand
6. Click save to update the issue's newsstand setting
